Although he holds no shares in the company, he is the chief brain behind the company. Mr. Emmanuel monitors the health and productivity of the company by managing a range of responsibilities, including delegating agendas to managers who are better suited for certain tasks. He also drives profitability through effective management while setting priorities that will ensure long-term mining success in both short-term goals as well as future planning stages.
