Emmanuel Akachukwu

Founder/CEO

Founded the company in 2016 with a vision to revolutionize the concept of mining in Africa. Emmanuel Akachukwu is a well versed and experienced business man whose wealth of experience and business connections has provided him the backup to start and run a profitable diamond business in Sierra Leone with a responsibility of giving back to the community.

As the chief brain behind Rose NDC 21, Mr. Emmanuel monitors the health and productivity of the company by managing a range of responsibilities, including delegating agendas to managers who are better suited for certain tasks. He also drives profitability through effective management while setting priorities that will ensure long-term mining success in both short-term goals as about future planning stages

Rose Akachukwu

Partner/Co-founder

Roseline Akachukwu (Mrs.) is responsible for the management and handling of the daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees.

As the COO of Rose NDC 21, Roseline Akachukwu provides management, leadership and vision to ensure the organization meets its short-term and long-term objectives. She helps create enduring policies and a company culture that strengthens operational efficiency and generates revenue.

Kennedy Akachukwu

Logistics Manager (Countries)

Kennedy Akachukwu is not only the company’s logistics manager but also a shareholder in the company. His vast experience in logistics and transportation is being employed in the acceleration of the company’s logistical projects which includes the movement of machinery, management of the company’s vehicles and documentation/maintenance of machinery and vehicular assets.

Kennedy Akachukwu is also responsible for coordinating the company’s activities in other West African countries. He is currently living in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
